Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your new shoes are the perfect match for your needs.

Important Note: All returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your return.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely in the original box, include all original documentation, and ship to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new item to you. Exchange shipping is free for customers in our service areas.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product analysis, the following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Worn Footwear: Any shoes showing signs of wear
  • Customized Products: Items that have been altered or personalized
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as non-returnable
  • Damaged Items: Due to customer misuse or improper care

International Returns

Since we serve customers globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas), international returns are accepted. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or international shipping costs associated with returns.
