Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – Orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your Alegria shoes are the perfect fit.

Important: All returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Our Customer Service

    • Your order number
    • Date of purchase
    • Product(s) you wish to return (name, size, color)
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • For exchanges: specify the new product, size, and color
    • Your shipping address
  2. Wait for Authorization

    Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your return.

  3. Ship Your Return

    Package your items securely in the original box, include all original documentation, and ship to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new item to you. Exchange shipping is free for customers in our service areas.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn Footwear: Any shoes showing signs of wear
  • Customized Products: Items that have been altered or personalized
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as non-returnable
  • Damaged Items: Due to customer misuse or improper care

International Returns

We accept international returns from all our service areas. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or international shipping costs associated with returns.
